Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

In data centres inside the European Union. Your data is yours: we don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising. Voice recordings are processed only to produce the transcript.

Which languages does TaskerPro support?

The app is available in Slovenian and English, and speech recognition (Transcribe7) understands both — even when you mix them in one sentence.

What is the TaskerPro Buddy and do I need it?

The Buddy is a small voice recorder with an e-ink screen and a single button. It's optional — you can record voice notes in the mobile app too. It's simply the fastest way from a thought to a task when your phone isn't at hand.

How does the device connect to TaskerPro?

Directly over Wi-Fi, or through the TaskerPro app on your phone. If there's no connection, recordings wait in a queue on the device and upload as soon as it's back.

Can my whole team use TaskerPro?

Absolutely. Create a workspace, invite your teammates and share projects, the board and the calendar. Everyone can also have several workspaces — say, one for work and one for themselves.

How much does it cost?

TaskerPro is free during early access. When we introduce paid plans we'll tell you in advance, and you decide whether to continue.
